This program will help you take care of yourself while caring for an older relative or friend. This 6 week workshop will help you develop a wealth of self-care tools to reduce stress, change negative self-talk, communicate more effectively, recognize the messages in emotions and make tough caregiving decisions. Donations are accepted and much appreciated. Classes will be offered in-person, starting on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings in October-November. You can select either option, as the content discussed each week is the same.

  • Mondays: October 18th-November 22nd, from 3:00-4:30 pm
  • Wednesdays: October 20th-November 24th, from 10:00-11:30 am

Participants are asked to screen themselves with some health questions before each class, and each participant will have their temperature taken before entering the office, to confirm their wellness. Class sizes range from 6-8 people. Participants are also asked to wear a mask during each class session.

These classes are facilitated by Holly and Eileen. Please contact Holly with any interest in registering for an upcoming class. Call 507-285-5272 for more information. Additional dates for 2021 are still pending and will be posted once decided upon.
