A caring Volunteer is matched with an older adult, and the pair arrange for regular weekly visits. Our Friendly Visiting Program gives our clients a chance to connect with a warm listener, and provides volunteers with a meaningful way to give back to their communities. In most cases, long lasting and mutually rewarding relationships develop. Friendly Visiting is one of the best ways to address the problem of the psychological health and social isolation among our homebound seniors.
