You will receive a caregiver workbook/reference book to use in the sessions and keep at home.  \nPowerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based program that helps you develop a wealth of tools to:\n\nReduce Stress\nChange negative self-talk\nCommunicate more effectively\nRecognize the messages in emotions\nMake tough caregiving decisions\n\nClass size is limited and registration is required.  Workbook has a minimal cost.
