Aging Mastery Program (AMP) – Thursdays February 9 through March 30
Elder Network Presents: Aging Mastery Program (AMP)
1:30-3pm Thursdays
February, 9, 16, 24 and March 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30
The Aging Mastery Program (AMP) is a fun and engaging education and behavior change incentive program for aging well.
Do you have a plan for aging well? The classroom experience helps us create a plan through a mix of didactic and interactive learning with an emphasis on peer-to-peer interaction. Aging Mastery aims to help baby boomers and others over 50 to take key steps to improve their well-being, add stability to their lives, and strengthen their ties to communities.
When they participate and use the Aging Mastery Starter Kit (included), individuals create their own playbook for aging well via actionable goals, sustainable behaviors, social engagement, and gratitude.
Kate Jirik is Elder Network Senior Advocate for Olmsted County with many years of experience in helping people exploring the aging process and Kathy Scheid, is the Executive Director of Elder Network and brings years of behavioral health knowledge and coaching for change.
