HOME Stakeholder Meeting

HOME (Housing, Outreach, Mentorship, and Empowerment) will help older adult homeowners explore housing options and the services they may need to make a confident housing transition. The program will also help the community learn what older adults need, want, and value when considering their next home.
HOME is a pilot program of the Coalition for Rochester Area Housing. Funded by the Rochester Area Foundation, the pilot program is being conducted by Elder Network and Family Service Rochester.
This summer Elder Network and Family Service Rochester will be holding a series of stakeholder meetings to introduce the pilot program and discuss how public and private partners can contribute to the work and benefit from what is learned.
