Providing a wide variety of physical, social, and intellectual opportunities to engage our community’s minds and bodies. Through extensive programming, fitness amenities, gathering spaces, and personal health resources, 125 LIVE provides opportunities for all adults to embark on their journey to “aging successfully.”
Extending the length of time that seniors age-in-place by building skills to help families manage care at home. We partner with organizations to develop confident and competent family caregivers that can manage care at home. We focus on reducing caregiver burden while improving outcomes and reducing costs for our aging population..
Southeastern Minnesota Area Agency on Aging
Promotes independence and dignity of older people in the region by coordinating, funding and developing programs and services. We link people with information, advocate for the needs of older people, build community capacity through development, partnerships, grants and contracts, and promote prudent stewardship of the resources received.
Alzheimer’s Foundation of America
The mission of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) is to provide support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure.
