Join us for Powerful Tools for Caregivers – for caregivers of adults with chronic conditions.
Date: Tuesdays – September 22 – October 27, 2026
Time: 9:30am-11:00am
Location: Van Horn Public Library – 115 3rd St SE, Pine Island, MN 55963
Led by trained staff and volunteers, this 6-week workshop will help as you care for an older adult at home, in a nursing home or across the country. You will receive a caregiver workbook/reference book to use in the sessions and keep at home.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based program that helps you develop a wealth of tools to:
- Reduce Stress
- Change negative self-talk
- Communicate more effectively
- Recognize the messages in emotions
- Make tough caregiving decisions
Class size is limited and registration is required. Workbook has a minimal cost. Class cost is by donation.
